1) What this policy covers
This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our Site, interact with our ads, or schedule an appointment through our third‑party scheduling provider (currently Calendly). We do not host user accounts directly on our Site.
2) Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
a) Information you provide to us
- Contact details (e.g., name, email address, phone number) when you contact us or book via our scheduling link.
- Booking details (e.g., service selected, date/time, notes) that you enter through Calendly.
- Communications you send us (e.g., email, text, social messages).
We may ask for optional consent to use a photo of your haircut in our portfolio. If you consent, we’ll only use it as agreed; you can withdraw consent at any time.
b) Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies placed by us and our partners (see Section 4). These help us measure traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising.
c) Information from third parties
- Scheduling provider (Calendly): When you book, Calendly shares the details needed to manage your appointment (see Section 3).
- Advertising/analytics partners (Google & Meta): We use tags/pixels for measurement and to reach interested audiences (see Section 4).
3) Scheduling through Calendly
We use Calendly to manage appointments. When you click our “Book” or “Schedule” links, you are taken to Calendly’s website where your information is collected and processed under Calendly’s own privacy policy and terms. Calendly may collect your name, email, phone, time zone, and appointment details and may send confirmations or reminders. We receive the booking details necessary to provide your service. We do not control Calendly and are not responsible for its practices.
